Granted, reflect does not trigger most on-hit effects anyway, but hey, maybe its an oversight. Having two +5 uchis in both hands is actually better though, it’s just difficult to craft two of them. Makoto does have a high bleed stat, at 327 at base, but that is still only 327 damage over 60 seconds. Estoc is arguably the best weapon for PvP, though the others are still strong. The specific bugfix linked on the wiki says "Fixed a bug where Doedre's Elixir and Scold's Bridle could stun the player. = Insanity Catalyst.
