WOTLK is in a lul state at the moment, and this is a perfect time to re-incentivize people to level up new characters before TOGC and ICC. And having set times at least helps incentivize people to level all at once which helps populate dungeons during the xp weekends :)In the coming weeks, we will implement a global buff that we’re calling “Joyous Journeys”.
